Claims (2)
- （１） 湯口と、溶湯を注入すべき製品形状をした鋳
込部との間を横湯道ならびに縦湯道を介して連通させる
ようにした鋳型の注湯制御装置において、前記鋳型の側
方には前記鋳込部と通じる溶湯導入室内に導入された溶
湯の湯面が前記鋳込部より上方でかつ横湯道の下方まで
上昇したこ・ とを検出する湯面検知装置と、前記
湯面検知装置からの検知信号に基づき鋳型への溶湯の注
入を停止する注入停止手段を設け、前記鋳型内には注湯
停止後湯口ならびに横湯道に存在する余り湯を流入させ
る余り湯ボックスを前記鋳込部より上方でか？前記横湯
道より下方に形成したことを特徴とする注湯制御装置。 - （２）前記湯面検出装置を、前記鋳型の外壁に接近して
形成された前記溶湯導入室と対向して設置された磁気セ
ンサより構成したことを特徴とする注湯制御装置。
