Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケーシング１２内の上部に洗浄室１３を、下部に洗浄液
    貯留室１５を設け、洗浄室１３にワーク支持枠１８と洗
    浄用ノズル１９を設け、洗浄液貯留室１５に加圧タンク
    ２５を設け、加圧タンク２５に洗浄液人口２６、加圧空
    気人口３１、空気排出口３８及び洗浄液出口３０を設け
    、洗浄液入口２６を洗浄液貯留室１５に逆止弁２８を介
    して連通し、加圧空気人口３１を加圧空気供給源３３゜
    ３５に洗浄制御弁３６を介して加圧空気供給路３２で接
    続し、空気排出口３８を空気逃し弁３７を介して空気逃
    し路３９で大気に接続し、洗浄液出口３０を洗浄用ノズ
    ル１９の入口に洗浄液圧送路２４で接続し、洗浄制御弁
    ３６を閉じた状態では、空気逃し弁３７が開き、洗浄液
    貯留室１５内に貯えられた洗浄液が逆止弁２Ｂを通って
    加圧タン、り２５に重力で流入するように構成し、洗浄
    制御弁３６を開いた状態では、空気逃し弁３７が閉じ、
    加圧空気供給源３３．３５から洗浄制御弁３６を経て加
    圧タンク２５内に加圧空気が圧入されるとともに、この
    加圧空気の圧力で加圧タンク２５内に貯えた洗浄液を洗
    浄液圧送路２４を経て洗浄用ノズル１９から洗浄室１３
    内に収容したワークＷに吹付けるように構成した事を特
    徴とする工作機械のワーク洗浄装置。
