Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of suction of settled sand and sludge without muddling the inside of a tank by a method in which a circular raking plate is provided in a hanging manner at the lower part of a suction port, and a slit is formed over whole length between the basal portion of the raking plate and the side plate at the rear side of the suction port. CONSTITUTION:A suction port 8 having an unfolded form with an opening 7 long in the right-angle direction of running and also short in the running direction is provided at the lower end of a pump suction pile 1. Also, a spacing plate9 is provided at the lower end of the rear side plate 8a to the running direction of the suction port 8, and a raking plate 11 of a circular cross section is attached between the plate 9 and the side plate 8a in such a way as to form a slit 10 between them. When the device 1 is run in the direction of arrow, sand, etc., are raked up by the raking plate 11 and directed to the opening 7. In this case, sand, etc., are unbound by back water coming from the slit 10 and sucked into the suction pipe 1, so that the suction is more smoothened.

Conventionally, removal of sand and silt from water intakes and sewage treatment plants has been done manually after the water has been completely drained, or the pump has been mounted on a mobile trolley built above the tank. Pressure water was jetted around the suction port of the pump to agitate the sand and silt, or in cases where dirt in the water was to be avoided, suction and sludge removal work was carried out using only the pump's gravity without jetting out pressurized water. Because the structure of the pump suction port was simply a trumpet-shaped opening, the range in which sand and silt could be sucked was extremely narrow, and in order to increase suction, it was possible to draw the sand and silt closer to it. There were various drawbacks such as the mouth becoming blocked and the inside of the tank becoming cloudy if pressured water was spouted or mechanically stirred to suspend sand and silt.

The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide a pump suction port structure that can efficiently suck in sand and silt without muddying the inside of the tank. In the mud collecting device, the lower end of the %I-sive suction pipe is shaped to be long in the direction perpendicular to the direction of travel, and short in the direction of travel. An arcuate scraper facing diagonally downward to the front is vertically disposed, and a slit extending approximately the entire length of the suction port is formed at the opening between the base end of the arcuate scraper and the rear a-plate of the suction port. This is the structure of the pump suction port in the mud equipment.

Also, what is shown in Figure 11I5 is a type in which the rear side plate (8-s) is extended downward to a position slightly above the lower end of the shibata kenchin. Since the polluted water at the rear of the tank can be reliably sucked through the slit without scattering it, it has the effect of not making the inside of the tank muddy during mud sampling.

Next, FIGS. 6 and 7 show that the opening (7) provided at the lower end of the pump suction pipe (1) is inserted into the bottle without using a rotating device for the I pump suction pipe 111 as shown in FIG. −
A gap plate (-) is placed approximately in the center of the opening, and scraper pins υ and ■ with an arcuate cross section are suspended from both ends of the gap plate. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, when the running direction is not only in the same direction but also in the opposite direction when collecting mud Cζ, Q can also be used to move the pump suction pipe OL without the need for a turning device. If you move it, the scraping board will automatically move 1 and C will be ready for collecting mud, and the dirty pottery water from the scraping board will be reliably absorbed from the slit trout, as shown in Figure 5. Opening shown (7)
It also has the same effect as if the rear side plate (8-b) was placed downward.

Next, Fig. 8 shows a pump suction pipe (13) in which a rotary joint a is installed in the middle, and the lower end of the scraper plate is a rotary joint aη.
The center of rotation is offset from the center of rotation of the rotary pipe fitting an, so that even if the pump suction pipe 0) is run in any direction, the scratching plate 1 is always behind the rotary pipe joint an due to the resistance of sand, mud, and water. Since the plate 1 is oriented in the direction in which the mud can be sampled, there is no need to use a complicated turning device as described above, which is convenient.

Of course, even with the type shown in FIG. 8, if the rear side plate (8-b) is extended downward as explained using FIG. 5, the inside of the aquarium will not become cloudy.

As explained above, according to the present invention, sand and mud are forcibly introduced into the openings by the scraping board, so even sand and mud that have hardened considerably can be scraped up. After that, the water flowing in from the front and the water flowing in from the rear slit form a sludge shape, so it does not harden into a sludge shape and block the opening, making it possible to collect mud efficiently. There is.
