    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両端を固定部材で固定された中央部に径外方向に突出し
    たベーンを設は軸線に沿って少くとも１対の流体導入通
    路を形成しこれら導入通路を上記ベーンの厚み方向両側
    に振り分けて開口した固定軸と、この固定軸に対して回
    転可能に外嵌されかつ上記ベーンによって内部を互いに
    独立した２室に分割されるケーシングと、このケーシン
    グ内に固定されてケーシングの回転時ベーンに当接して
    ケーシングの回転を所定の回転角に規制するストッパ面
    を設けたストッパとからなることを特徴とする回転駆動
    装置。
