第１図は従前の鋼板製リテーナの平面図であり、第２図
は第１図のイーイ視断面図である。第３図は、本考案に
係るリテーナ片４の平面図であり、第４図は第３図のイ
ーイ視断面図である。第５図は前記リテーナ片４と組合
す他のリテーナ片５の平面図であり、第６図は第５図の
イーイ視断面図である。第７図は両リテーナ片の組合せ
状態を示す部分断面図である。第８図は、第３図に示す
リテーナ片の凹部９にテーパ面を形成した場合を示す部
分拡大縦断面図である。第９図及び第１０図は、本考案
の他の実施例に係る各リテーナ片の平面図であり、第１
１図は第９図のイーイ視断面図、第１２図は第１０図の
イーイ視断面図である。第１３図は両リテーナ片の組合
せ状態を示す部分断面図である。第１４図乃至第１６図
は、第９図及び第１０図のリテーナ片に於ける他の凹・
突部とその嵌合状態を示す部分縦断面図である。第１７
図は、第９図に示すリテーナ片の凹部９にテーパ面を形

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数個のボール保持部６と平坦部７が交互に配列
    され、且つ２個所以上の前記平坦部７の内側面に凹部９
    を形成して成るプラスチック製の波形リテーナ片４と、
    当該リテーナ片４と対称的状にボール保持部６と平坦部
    ７が配列され、且つ平坦部７の内側面に前記凹部９に嵌
    合する突部１０を形成して成るプラスチック製の波形リ
    テーナ片５とを、前記凹部９内へ突部１０を嵌合せしめ
    て組合せ凹部９の内周面９ａと突部１０の外周面１０ａ
    とを固着することにより、両波形リテーナ片４．５を一
    体化して成るプラスチック製波形リテーナ。
  2. （２）凹部９の内周面９ａ下方を断面視に於いて縮径す
    るテーパ面９Ｃとすると共に、超音波溶着により凹部内
    周面９ａと突部外周面１０ａを固着して成る実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項に記載のプラスチック製波形リテー
    ナ。
