    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上部を投入口としたシェル内面にシェルライナを固定し
    、シェルの中心に設けた回転軸には回動自在のグライン
    ダーを設けたロータディスクを固定し、このロータディ
    スク上に設けたロータにはブレーカを取付けた塵芥用シ
    ュレッダにおいて、ロータをロータディスクおよび回転
    軸に対して回動自在とするとともにロータとロータディ
    スクとをシャーピンにより固定し、回転軸などの一部に
    シャーピンが切断したときに信号を発する発信機を設け
    た塵芥用シュレッダの安全装置。
