- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 試料内の複数個所に接続されるリード線と外部リー
ド線との接続を切り換えるマルチプレクサを試料室内に
設け、該マルチプレクサの電源° ケーブルと制御ケ
ーブル及び前記外部リード線を試料室の壁に設けられた
気密絶縁端子を介して大気側に設けられる電源、制御回
路及び測定装置に接続し得るように構成したことを特徴
とする走査電子顕微鏡用試料装置。 ２ 前記マルチプレクサは前記試料のホルダーに組み込
