Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the size over the entire body of a purifying tank containing a settling tank and to reduce initial costs in said purifying tank, by utilizing the space around the settling tank as a defoaming pump tank and a releasing pump tank. CONSTITUTION:The space near the end part in a housing 1 for a purifying tank A of horizontal cylindrical type which is closed at both ends is partitioned by means of a partition wall 6, and a settling tank 2 of hopper type is installed therein by fixing the bottom part thereof to the bottom of the housing. Middle partition walls 8 are provided in two places in the space fomed by the outside wall surface over the entire circumference of the tank 2, the wall 6 and the inside wall surface including the end wall 11 of the housing 1. A defoaming pump tank 3 and a releasing pump tank 4 are installed in the space formed by said walls. Since the defoaming pump tank and releasing pump tank which are installed on the outside part of the purifying tank in the prior art are contained in the purifying tank by utilizing the space therein, the entire body of the purifying tank is made compact and the purifying tank is installed at reduced costs.

Conventionally, there are a large number of types in which the sedimentation tank is separate from the main body. This is because the sedimentation tank has a special shape with a woven tube, so there is a limit to the capacity of the built-in K in a septic tank, and it is inevitably limited to small tanks, and the effective water depth is shallow. This is due to reasons such as the inability to secure a built-in type, but the workability is far inferior to the built-in type. However, in the conventional septic tank with a plate mounted inside the sedimentation tank, the sedimentation tank (2)' has a main tube as shown in Figure 1, so
Horizontal cylindrical plate head sink (if installed in lY, sedimentation tank (2)'
This results in wasted space around the sedimentation tank (2), which in turn increases the size of the ridge itself, making it impossible to take full advantage of the workability of Rfli inside the sedimentation tank. Leaving it in the tank (2)' will increase the strength of the sedimentation tank (2)', which will significantly increase the cost.In addition, it is possible to fill the space surrounding the Kffl with water, but it is recommended to replace the water to prevent the water from spoiling. There was a problem in that it was necessary and troublesome, and Ranni:/Jikosuto was expensive.

Figure %5 shows the flow of separated water in the settling tank (2). First, the sewage flowing into the atomization tank, transfer pipe 01, and central joint pipe is separated in the sedimentation tank (2), and then separated in the settling tank (2), which is then separated into an annular overcoat 70 formed on the inner periphery of the annular baffle plate. The separated water overflows into the section +61 and is then discharged from the connecting pipe (9).

As described above, the present invention incorporates a Knepper-type settling tank in an elliptical plow-shaped eight-sink tank that is closed at both ends, and fixes the bottom of the settling tank tightly to the bottom wall of the housing. Since the space formed by the surrounding wall surface is divided by a partition wall to form the defoaming pump tank and the discharge pump tank, there is no wasted space around the sedimentation tank, making it effective as the defoaming pump tank and the discharge pump tank. This makes it possible to make the septic tank more compact, and since the water in the sedimentation tank is filled with purified water, the pressure is offset so that the sedimentation tank does not need to be as strong and can be manufactured at a low cost. It has the advantage of being
