    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＣｄＳｅ光導電膜と、該光導電膜の一面に密着して形成
    され且つその両端に所定電圧が印加される抵抗膜と、前
    記光導電膜の他の面に密着して形成された電極膜とを具
    備し、前記光導電膜上に光スポットを照射することによ
    り前記電極膜より電気出力を得るようにした光ポテンシ
    ョメータにおいて、前記光導電膜上の□所定範囲内に前
    記光スポツト照射用として赤色発光ダイオードを均一に
    配列したことを特徴とする光ポテンショメータ。
