Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、液状体等を混合する攪拌混合容器に関する。
従来、主攪拌機にトルクピックアップを取付け、攪拌ト
ルクを測定していた。
しかしながらこの場合液量や攪拌回転数によりトルク計
測値が変動し、正確なトルク計画ができなかった。
そこで、本考案はこれらの欠点を改善せんとして創作し
たものであり、その要旨とするところは、攪拌によって
混合を行う攪拌混合容器１内に攪拌混合を行う攪拌機３
を設けると共に、容器内底部９付近に、前記攪拌機３と
は軸を異にし、羽根１１を液面下に存在させ、かつ攪拌
速度を一定にして攪拌トルクを測定するトルクピックア
ップ１０を取付けた粘度検出用の攪拌機４を設けたこと
を特徴とする攪拌混合容器にある。
第１図に釦いて、１は攪拌混合容器、２は攪拌混合容器
１に設けた蓋、３は攪拌機、４は粘度検出用攪拌機、５
は攪拌機４の駆動装置、６及び６′は混合物質の注入口
、γは混合した物質の取出口、８は攪拌混合容器１外部
に設けたシャケシト、９は容器内底部、１０はトルクピ
ックアップ、１１は羽根である。
このように、本考案は、容器内底部９付近に前記攪拌機
３とは軸を異にするとともに羽根１１を液面下すなわち
液中に存在させた粘度検出用の攪拌機４にトルクピック
アップ１０を取付けたので、従来の主攪拌機にトルクピ
ックアップを取付けたものと較べて、液量に関係なく、
粘度検出用の攪拌機の攪拌速度を一定にし得るから、ト
ルク計測１直の振れがなく、したがって容器内液体の粘
度を正確に把握することができる効果を有する。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 攪拌によって混合を行う攪拌混合容器１内に攪拌混合を
    行う攪拌機３を設けると共に、容器内底部９付近に、前
    記攪拌機３とは軸を異にし、羽根１１を液面下に存在さ
    せ、かつ攪拌速度を一定にして攪拌トルクを測定するト
    ルクピックアップ１０を取付けた粘度検出用の攪拌機４
    を設けたことを特徴とする攪拌混合容器。
