  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 非線形素手と該非線形素子を動作させるためのバイアス
    回路と帯域通過フィルタとを備え、局部発振信号および
    中間周波信号を前記非線形素子に印加し、該非線形素子
    から前記帯域通過フィルタを通して、前記局部発振信号
    を逓倍したものと中間周波信号との間で周波数変換され
    た出力信号を導出するようにしたことを特徴とする周波
