Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a conveyance path for picture information paper and to reduce the size of a device by arranging a hopper and a stacker vertically and making the directions of the conveyance path to be alternately turned oppositely before a read of picture information through the reading. CONSTITUTION:The conveying mechanism of a picture information reader is provided with a hopper 11 and a stacker 13 with a vertical side view. The hopper 11 feee sheets of picture information paper 1 successively, and the stacker 13 stores sheets of picture information paper 1 after an information is read. The path for reading picture information on picture information paper 1 fed out of the hopper 11 and passed through a readout reference surface 18 (when paper feed, rolls 9 and 9', and 10 and 10' turn forward) is made the same with the path for feeding the paper to the stacker 13 after reading (when said rolls turn reversely) to reciprocate the picture information paper 1 on the readout reference surface 18 through said rollers to be stored in the stacker. This constitution shortens the conveyance path and the eutire device is small-sized.

■Prior art and problems As shown in Fig. 1, the conveyance mechanism of a conventional image information reading device consists of a hopper 2 that stores 1 t of picture information paper such as a form, and sequentially feeds out the picture 4a information paper. A separator unit 3 separates the 1IIII image information paper 1 fed out from the hopper 2 into sheets one by one, an aligner unit 4 sets the separated MS information paper 1 on a reading reference surface, and a A reading section 5 reads the set l1ili image information #;1 by running at a constant speed, a conveyance section 6.6' conveys the image information paper 1 after reading to a stacker 717' to be described later, and the conveyed image information It has a stacker 7 and T' for storing paper 1. However, in this case, as is clear from Figure 1,
The route for image information #1 was one-way and long, and the entire device was large. Further, a large number of various rollers are provided at various locations along the path through which the image information paper 10 passes, and since these rollers are expensive, the entire apparatus has to be measured remotely. Furthermore, the hopper 2 and the stacker 7, 7' were not necessarily close to each other, and the points where the image information Jal was supplied and taken out were not in the same direction, so the operability could not be said to be good.

When the spring piece 22 is made of a plastic sheet with high mechanical strength, the upper surface 24 of the separate roller 23 is formed into a rough texture to increase the coefficient of friction, as shown in FIG. The lower 1k12s is mirror-finished to reduce the coefficient of friction. In this way, the synergistic effect of the rough-textured portion of the upper surface 24 and the rotation of the separation roller 23 makes it possible to separate and feed the image information paper 1 one by one. Due to the inclination angle of 25 and its mirror finish, the image information sheet 1t discharged as shown by arrow A can be pressed as shown by arrow B, thereby preventing backflow to the hopper 11. In addition, if the spring piece 22 is made of a metal piece with a small door coefficient, such as phosphor bronze, as shown in FIG.

FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing another embodiment. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the image information sheets 1 are fed out one after another from the upper layer of the hopper 11, and the image information sheets 1 above the line are stacked in NIL layers on the stacker 13 from the bottom layer. It turns out to be exactly the opposite. Therefore, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the hopper 11' is located below and the stacker 1
3' is positioned upward, and the image information paper 1 is fed out one by one from the upper part of the hopper 11' by the rotation of the big roller 12, and one image information paper 1 is fed out by the synergistic action of the separate roller 23 and the spring piece 22'. The paper is separated into two pieces, set on the reading reference surface 18 by two pairs of paper feed rollers 9, 10, 9', and 10', and reciprocated in the reciprocating conveyance path 17 as shown by the arrow CXD. The information sheet 1 is pushed up in the direction of the arrow E by the action of the spring piece 22', and is stored in the stacker 13' so as to be pushed up sequentially from the lower layer to the upper layer. Therefore, the image information paper 1 can be transported in exactly the same sequence. In the case of FIG. 7, the separate roller 2 of the spring piece 22'
The lower surface of 3@ has a larger friction coefficient, and the opposite upper surface has a smaller friction coefficient, so that the same effect as the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is achieved. In addition, in FIG. 7, the reference numeral 2T indicates that the pusher provided in the hopper 11' is a plate;
Reference numeral 28 is a suppression plate provided on the stacker 13'.

FIG. 8 is a drawing showing the planar shape of the spring piece 22' in FIG. 7. The part of the tip of the spring piece 22' that comes into contact with the top surface of the image information paper 1 is cut out in the center in the form of a strip, and tongue pieces 29 and 29 are provided on both measuring parts. Only the tongue pieces 29, 29 come into contact with both sides of the image information paper 1. In this way, when the image information paper 1 is fed in the direction of the arrow C by the rotation of the paper feed rollers 9, 1G and @', 1G', the spring piece 22 is placed in the damage prevention information writing area F. It is possible to improve the reading rate without contacting or pressing any part of the disc, and without soiling or damaging the anti-injury information entry area F.

(6) Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is constructed as described above, by reciprocating the image information paper 1 within the same reciprocating transport route 1T, the information paper 1 The image information reading device can be formed into a flat plate with a length about twice that of the image information reading device, and the conveyance path can be shortened and made small, thereby making it possible to downsize the entire image information reading device. Accordingly, the number of rollers conventionally provided at various locations along the length-transport meridian can be reduced to at least two pairs of paper feed rollers, and the cost of the entire reading device can be reduced. Further, if it is not necessary to input the rear end of the image information paper 1, it is also possible to use a pair of a-ra. Further, since the hopper and the stacker are arranged one above the other near the same side, the operator can feed and take out the image information paper 1 from the same direction, improving operability. Furthermore, since a spring piece is provided at the part where the image information paper 1 is sent from the hopper toward the reading reference surface 18, the image information paper is guided one by one to the reading reference surface 18 and stored in the stacker. Sometimes it is possible to prevent backflow to the hopper.
