Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）内部にインキ溜を有する筒状に形成され、一端が
    開口されたケースと、このケースの開口端に挿通され、
    それ自体が吸水性を有−し、一端がケース内のインキ溜
    に延長された置忘と、ケース外に突出する置忘養脱着自
    在に被うキャップとを備え、置忘がインキ洞内のイイキ
    を吸い出して書くように構成された筆記具において、置
    忘とインキ溜とが縦に２分割されると共に、一方の置忘
    は片方のインキ溜に連通され、他の一方の置忘は別のイ
    ンキ溜に連通され、２室のインキ溜には異色のインキが
    充填されており、更に、２分割された置忘は先端の長さ
    がほぼ等しく、また、ひとつのキャップで一緒に被われ
    、キャップを取って、それぞれの置忘で単独に、異色の
    文字や図形が書かれるように構成されたことを特長とす
    る筆記具。
  2. （２）　　一方のインキ溜に赤インキが、他の一方のイ
    ンキ溜に黒インキと青インキのいずれかが充填されてい
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の筆記具。
  3. （３）置忘の横断面が方形状である実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第（１）項記載の筆記具。
  4. （４）２分割された２つの置忘の太さが等しい実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の筆記具。
