    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板と、この基板の一方の面に接着されている銅箔と、
    前記基板の他面に形成され、チップ部品で構成されてい
    るチップ回路とを具備し、前記チップ回路とディスクリ
    ート基板に形成されている電気回路とをコネクタで接続
    し、これらの回路を前記銅箔をシールド部材として含む
    シールドケースで遮蔽するようにしたことを特徴とする
    シールド兼用チップ回路。
