    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加熱源及びバイメタル式サーモスタットを設けた焙焼器
    本体と、上記加熱源より側方に離間して焙焼器本体の上
    方外側に突出し、一端を上記サーモスタットに接続した
    伝熱板と、該伝熱板の上記焙焼器本体外側突出部に設け
    られ、焙焼板の上記加熱源による直接加熱範囲外の外周
    底面に当接するプローブとよりなることを特徴とする焙
    焼器。
