    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 側部に透孔を有する容器と、この容器内にあって上下方
    向にしゆう動自在に設けられたフロートと、前記容器の
    上部を塞ぐカバーと、このカバーに装着され、前記容器
    内に水に流入して前記フロートが浮上したときにその移
    動量を検出して出力信号を発するギャップセンサとを具
    備してなる蒸気タービンの浸水検出装置。
