  1. 加熱室内に設けた吸気口から送風を加熱室内へ吸気して
    負荷加熱時発生する蒸気を加熱室内に設・けた排気口か
    ら外部へ排出する刑式の高周波加熱装置において、加熱
    室の内壁に設けた吸気口の上端の位置を加熱室の内壁の
    高さの１／２以下の高さの位置に設けたことを特徴とす
    る高周波加熱装置。
