Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）外筒の上端閉蓋部には、液化ガス輸送管を連結す
    る液化ガス入「１か開設され、当該入［Ｊに連通させて
    上端閉蓋部から下向きに突設した内筒は、その下端をメ
    ツシュ底蓋にて閉成すると共に、当該内筒にヒーズ等の
    粒状物を多数収納し７、前記外筒には、その周壁上位に
    あって排気用パイプを連設し、さらに当該外筒のＦ部か
    らは、細成液取管を下向きに連設してなる極低温液化カ
    スの気液分離器。
  2. （２）内筒が穿孔板により形成されて（・る実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の極低温液化ガスの気液分離器
    。
  3. （３）排気用バイブが、内筒と同高位にあ゛つて外筒の
    周壁に貫設されている実用新案登録請求あ範囲第１項記
    載の極低温液化ガスの気液分離器。
  4. （４）　　液化ガス入口と内筒とが、メツシュ上蓋を介
    して連通している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    極低温液化ガスの気液分離器。
  5. （５）外筒と細成液取管とがメツシュ上載蓋を介して連
    通し、ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、　　記載
    の極低温液化ガスの気液分離器。
