駆動波形に対する反射音波の波形、第３図は、第１図の
確認試験における超音波送受信系の概略配置図、第４図
は、本考案に係る超音波顕微鏡の構成を模式的に示す図
。 ５：真鍮製円柱、８：圧電高分子薄膜、９：表面電極、
１０：保護膜。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板と、背面電極と、ポーリング処理を施すことにより
    圧電性を有する高分子膜と、表面電極とがこの順序に配
    置され、上記高分子膜を厚み共振周波数で駆動すること
    により発信された超音波を被検体に照射し被検体から反
    射または被検体を透過した超音波顕微鏡において、上記
    高分子膜を形成する重合体の溶液を上記背面電極上に直
    接燐布することにより形成された薄膜からなることを特
    徴とする超音波顕微鏡。
