    の速度を横用する速度検出手段と、検出された前記速度
    にもとづきボ〉・ブの最小流量を算出する最小流量算出
    手段とを有し、前記吐出流量が前記最小流量以下の状態
    のままでポンプが運転されるのを防止するようにしたこ
