つ、圧縮空気を注入または排出し得るようにした合成樹
脂製のリング状チューブと、該合成樹脂製のリング状チ
ューブの底部を覆って該リング状チューブと一体に溶着
した合成樹脂製のシートとよりなり、前記シートにより
タンク内の醸造体の液面を覆うと共に、前記リング状チ
ューブに空気を注゛大してその外周をタンクの内周壁面
に密着させるように構成したことを特徴とする醸造タン

リング状チューブ底部との溶着部より外方まで延長させ
