Claims (1)
記台座に圧電素子が締付けねじにより直接装着されてい
る検出部と、探触針基部のフランジ部分に螺着された金
属円筒カバーおよび該金属円筒カバーに螺合され上部に
クープル外径より僅かに大きい内径のケーブル保持部を
有する円筒カバーの二段構造をなすホルダ一部と、前記
二つの円筒カバーの間に挾持されている金属性のコネク
タ保持板に連結されたコネクタに接続し、前記ケーブル
保持部においてベルチャック式に固定されたケーブルと
からなることを特徴とする振動検出プローブ。A probe needle is integrally constructed with a pedestal with a circumferential groove on its outer periphery, a detection part in which a piezoelectric element is directly attached to the pedestal with a tightening screw, and a metal screwed to the flange part of the probe needle base. A cylindrical cover, a holder portion having a two-stage structure of the cylindrical cover which is screwed onto the metal cylindrical cover and has a cable holding portion having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the couple at the upper part, and a holder which is held between the two cylindrical covers. A vibration detection probe comprising: a cable connected to a connector connected to a metal connector holding plate, and fixed in a bell chuck manner in the cable holding part.
