    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 操作部からの操作信号に基づいて、画像を有する被検査
    対象物を位置決め載置するテーブルを、これに対向配置
    した検出部に対し、て相対移動することにより、被検査
    対象物の画像検査を行う画像自動検査装置において、画
    像検査前における前記テーブルの原点位置を、前記検出
    部と離間した位置であって、前記操作部近傍に設定した
    ことを特徴とする画像自動検査装置。
