Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）プローブコイルを冷却する冷却手段を備えており
    、且つプローブコイルを断熱材で覆ったことを特徴とす
    る核磁気共鳴用プローブ。
  2. （２）上記冷却手段は、略管状の導体よりなる前記プロ
    ーブコイル内に冷却媒体を通すものであることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の核磁気共鳴用
    プローブ。
  3. （３）　　上記冷却手段は、プローブコイルの端部に形
    成した放熱部を冷却する冷却装置であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の核磁気共鳴用ブ
    〔ゴーダ。
