被焼鈍物の導入部及び引出部を設け、前記引出部には炉
内への外気流入を阻止するための水シール装置を設けた
ガス熱強制循環型焼鈍炉において、前記上部風道に熱交
換器を設置し炉内熱量の一部を該熱交換器を介して水シ
ール装置などの付属装置加熱々源として炉外に取り出し
、炉温を低下させることにより、炉内供給燃料ガス量を
増大させ炉内圧を高めるようにしたことを特徴とするガ
ス熱強制循環型焼鈍炉。The inside of the furnace is divided into two upper and lower air ducts via a partition wall, and both air ducts are connected through a circulation communication section.The upper air duct is equipped with a gas combustion burner and a forced circulation device for combustion gas, and the lower air duct is equipped with a gas combustion burner and a forced circulation device for combustion gas.
