  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）記録再生装置に装着して使用されるテープカセッ
    トにおいて、記録再生装置側の読取り手段に情報を提供
    する情報提供部を、テープの始端部及び終端部のうち少
    なくとも一方側に設けてなる構成のテープカセット。 （２）該情報提供部は、光透過率の大なる部分と小なる
    部分とよりなる構成の実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載のテープカセット。 （２）該情報提供部は、磁性層と非磁性層とよりなる構
    成の実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のテープカセッ
    ト。 （４）　　該情報提供部は、磁気テープとリーダテープ
    又はトレーラテープとを接続するスプライシングテープ
    の接着剤塗布層側に形成しである実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載のテープカセット。 （５）該情報提供部は、磁気テープとリーダテープ又は
    トレーラテープとの間に介挿される継ぎテープ片に形成
    しである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のテープカ
    セット。
