トンに穿設した摺動孔に上記シリンダーチューブ上端か
ら、該シリンダーチューブ内に延びる摺動軸下端に形成
した駆動ステムを進退域を持って挿入し、適宜手段によ
る摺動軸の応動作用で前記駆動ステムを進退せしめると
ともに上記駆動ピストンを常時下方に弾性付勢し、駆動
ピストンが引き上げられた時シリンダーチューブに設け
た係止手段により上記弾性に抗して支承され、該係止手
段が駆動ピストンに設けられ駆動ステム降下時に作動せ
しめられる解除手段により保合を外され上記駆動ピスト
ンが弾性により急速に降下するように構成され、該駆動
ピストンとバルブの弁体等を連結して使用するアクチュ
