Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 筒状のセラミック製の外管と、同外管内に挿入され外管
    との間に通路を形成するセラミック製の挿入棒と、上記
    外管および挿入棒の軸芯と直交する向きに貫通されたガ
    ス流路と、上記外管と挿入棒とで形成された通路を通り
    先端測温部がガス流路内に突出する白金−ロジウム熱電
    対と上記通路内に充填される白金と反応しないセラミッ
    ク製粉末とからなることを特徴とする温度測定装置。
