Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 人口面と、それよりも小面積の出口面を備え、入口
    面は第1の基準軸20の第1の側に在り、出口面はある
    限定された断面を有し、その断面は第1の基準軸の前記
    第1の側に凸(その極限として平をも含む)であり、ま
    た、出口面は第1の基準軸に直交ぜる第2の基準軸41
    を有し、出口面の断面の周囲は第1の基準軸に沿った第
    1の端点22から第2の端点24まで延長しているよう
    な構造の放射エネルギーを変向する装置において、屈折
    性要素と第1の反射面とが第、   1の基準軸20の
    第1の側の入口面と出口面との間に位置していて、第2
    の基準軸41に対し所定の値以下の角度で入口面に入射
    するエネルギー源からの最端放射線は屈折性要素によっ
    て不均等に屈折されるようになっており、第1の反射面
    の輪郭は、その輪郭上の任意の点での傾斜が、入口面に
    入射し次いで屈折して前記第1の反射面の前記点に入射
    するエネルギーの最端放射線を所定の値C(但し、Cは
    90°以下)を超えない角度で出口面の断面の周囲と交
    差する線53に沿って反射させるような最大の傾斜であ
    って、前記第1の反射面は出口面の第1の端点22から
    入口面との交点を超えない点まで延長されているように
    なっていることを特徴とする放射エネルギー変向装置。 2 屈折性要素は最端放射線の点像を形成し、出口面は
    平らであって第1の基準軸に沿って延びていて、角度C
    は90度であって、第1の反射面は鏡の反射体であり、
    この第1の反射面の輪郭は最端放射線の点像と出1面の
    第2の端点とに焦点がある双曲線の一部であるような実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3 第1の反射面の輪郭は、第2の基準軸の周囲を回転
    させてコーン形に形成された形状をなすものである実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の装置。 4 第1の基準軸の第1の側に在って第1の反射面と対
    向し、出口面と入口面との間に位置している第2の反射
    面を有し、第2の反射面の輪郭は、その輪郭上の任意の
    点での傾斜が、入口面に入射しそして屈折され、前記第
    2の反射面に入射するエネルギーの最端放射線を所定の
    値Cを超えない角度で出口面と交差する線に沿って反射
    させるような最大の傾斜であって、第2の   “反射
    面は出口面の第2の端点から入口面との交点以下の点ま
    で延長されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
    装置。 5 各反射面は出口面のところまで延びている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第4項記載の装置。 6 屈折性要素はレンズであって、その一方の面  −
    は入口面と一致し、他の面は出口面と入口面との間に位
    置している実用新案登録請求の範囲第  −5項記載の
    装置。 7 屈折性要素は、入口面と出口面との間および反射面
    との間に位置された誘電媒質である実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第5項記載の装置。 8 誘電媒質が均一媒質である実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第7項記載の装置。 9 誘電媒質が不均一媒質である実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第7項記載の装置。 10  人口面は平面であって、不均一媒質は、第2の
    基準軸に向って高くなり該第2の基準軸から離れるにつ
    れて低下するような屈折率の勾配を有するものである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第・9項記載の装置。 11  誘電媒質は複数の媒質からなる実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 12  各媒質は均一であって、第2の基準軸の両側に
    対称に配置されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第11項
    記載の装置。 13  反射面は異なる屈折率の媒質間の境界面で形成
    されていて、該反射面による反射線の反射は全内部反射
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 14  均一媒質は反射面間と出口面と入口面との間に
    配置され最端放射線の点像を形成するものであって、該
    媒質の屈折率は反射面より外方の媒質よりも大きく、出
    口面は平坦で第1の基準軸に声って延長されていて、全
    ての最端放射線は第2の基準線とDなる角度をなし、反
    射面は二つの部分を有し、第1の部分は点像と、出口面
    の反射面に対する対向点に焦点を有する双曲線をなし、
    出口面から入口面に向って遷移点まで延長する如くなっ
    ており、該遷移点は、最端放射線が均一媒質と外部媒質
    との境界面に対し、全内部反射する臨界角に等しい角度
    で入射する点であり、第2の部分は、第2の基準軸と同
    じ側の遷移点から出口面の端点まで延長されていて、等
    角螺線の形状をなしている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
    3項記載の装置。 15  反射面は第1および第2の基準軸に直交ぜる第
    3の基準軸に平行に延長され樋状をなしている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 16  出口面と一致する部分にエネルギー変換装置が
    設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第15項記載の
    装置。 17  エネルギー変換装置は、それに入射するエネル
    ギーを吸収するためのエネルギーレシーバ−である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第16項記載の装置。 18  最端放射線は太陽から到来し、装置は一次太陽
    エネルギー集中捕集装置として用いられる実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第17項記載の装置。 19  最端放射線は一次太陽エネルギー捕集装置の形
    の有限のエネルギー源から到来し、装置は二次コレクタ
    として用いられる実用新案登録請求の範囲第17項記載
    の装置。
