Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）内部に半導体ウェハが入れられ、上記ウェハ上に
    熱酸化膜を形成するために使用される管体の開口端に嵌
    合されるキャップと、上記管体の開口端部付近の外周面
    を抱き込むように装着された部材と、この部材と前記キ
    ャップとの相互を係止するための係止片とを具備するこ
    とを特徴とする半導体熱酸化膜形成用管体のキャップ装
    置。
  2. （２）前記係止片は、基端部が前記部材により回動自在
    に取り付けられており、係止片先端部がキャネペの頭部
    外面を押さえることによってキャップとの保合が行なわ
    れることを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の半導体熱酸化膜形成用管体のキャップ装置。
  3. （３）　　前記係止片は２個有り、キャップ頭部外面上
    の中心を通る一直線上の両端部を２個の係止片の各先端
    部が押さえることによってキャップとの係合が行なわれ
    ることを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
    記載の半導体熱酸化膜形成用管体のキャップ装置。
