導体素子、１２はスナバ用抵抗器、１３は駆動回路、４
は冷却室、４１は冷却気体取入口、４２は排出口である
。なお図中同一符号は同−又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却フィン付半導体素子、スナバ用抵抗器および駆動回
    路からなる半導体装置において、上記冷却フィン付半導
    体素子と上記スナバ用抵抗器を冷却気体取入口と排出口
    を有する冷却室内に設け、上記スナバ用抵抗器を上記冷
    却フィン付半導体素子よりも上記排出口に近い位置に配
    置したことを特徴とする自冷式半導体装置。
