図は本考案によるマイクロ波フィルタの一実施例の断面
図である。 １・・・金属外囲器、３・・・結合棒、４・・・他の共
振棒、６・・・結合棒に隣接する共振棒。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属外囲器と、前記金属外囲器内に平行配置され、それ
    ぞれの各一端部が前記金属外囲器に接地された複数の共
    振棒と複数の結合棒とを備えたマイクロ波フィルタにお
    いて、前記結合棒および前記結合棒に隣接する共振棒は
    角柱状となし、前記結合棒に隣接する共振棒以外の他の
    共振棒は円柱状となし、かつ、前記結合棒および前記結
    合棒に隣接する共振棒の互いに対抗するそれぞれの面の
    幅を等しくしたことを特徴とするマイクロ波フィルタ。
