Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■ 珪砂を予加熱する予熱室１と、予熱状態で供給され
た珪砂を気体の吹込みにより流動状態としながら苛性ソ
ーダ等、アルカリ成分の注入によって両者を混合し反応
させる反応室６の流動域上面近傍箇所とに亘って、保温
材１５で囲繞された珪砂流通導管５を架設しであるガラ
ス製造用原料の調整装置において、前記珪砂流通導管５
一端で、前記反応室６に開口する珪砂吐出口５ａ部分に
、予熱珪砂の反応室６内への流動のみを許す逆止弁１６
を設けると共に、前記流通導管５の先端側適当長さ部分
に、それの外周面に沿って冷却用気体を流動可能な流路
１７を設けであることを特徴とするガラス製造用原料の
調整装置。 ■ 前記冷却気体流路１７が、前記保温材１５と流通導
管５外周面との間に形成され、且つ、その冷却気体流路
１７からの噴出気体が前記逆止弁１６にも接当するよう
に構成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第０項に記載
のガラ又製造用原料の調整装置。
