  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 太陽熱を吸収する集熱器で水を暖め、この暖められた湯
    を集熱器の上部に設けた貯湯槽へ上昇管を介して上昇さ
    せて貯湯し、この貯湯した湯を採湯管を介して外部へ引
    き出す太陽熱温水器に於て、貯湯槽の低部に採湯管の出
    湯口を設け、上昇管の出湯口と採湯管の入湯口を水面よ
    りやや下に配設し、 上昇管の出湯口と採湯管の入湯口を貯湯槽の水面の昇降
    に伴なって昇降可能とした太陽熱温水器。
