Claims

a push-button switch 4 that starts an operation of receiving a signal from the flowmeter; a control section 6 that generates a control signal; and a starting section 7 that generates a start signal to the flowmeter based on the signal from the control section 6.
A data receiving section 8 receives and decodes the integrated value data transmitted from the flowmeter via a transmission line, and integrates the flow rate pulse transmitted from the flowmeter via another transmission line to generate an analog voltage corresponding to the instantaneous flow rate. An integrating circuit 9 converts the voltage, an A/D converter 10 converts this voltage into a digital value of the instantaneous flow rate, and the data receiver 8 receives or integrates the instantaneous flow rate obtained by the A/D converter 10.
