物の下り壁に張設し始めるときに用いられるスタータで
あって、 壁面に釘などにより固定される固定部と、その固定部か
ら表側に前記壁面からこれに張設された場合の前記サイ
ディングの係合凹条までの距離とほぼ等しい距離をもっ
て張出す張出し部と、その張出し部の先端に設けられ、
前記サイディングの係合凸条を係合しうる係合部と、前
記張出し部もしくは保合部から前記下り壁の下方に延出
