Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は従来型半田付治具のＩＣ保持の基本図であり、
１はＩＣパッケージ、２はその外部リード、３は上部ガ
イド、４は下部押えである。第２図Ａは、本考案による
ＩＣ保持の基本図であり、またＢは半田付のため、ＩＣ
を押し下げた状態を示すものである。同図に於て、５は
上部ガイド、６は伸縮性のある下部ガイド、７は押下げ
治具である。 また、第３図は本考案の一実施例による半田付治具を示
す図であり、Ａは平面図、Ｂは側断面図、Ｃは一部側面
図である。又、この第３図に於て、８は治具本体、９は
細線により構成した上部ガイド、１０は同様な伸縮性の
ある下部ガイド、１１゜１２．１３はガイド９，１０を
張る支持部、１４は半田付のための押下げ治具、１６は
押下げ治具を入れ、また洗浄時ＩＣに洗浄液が良く廻る
様にするための窓、１５は、ＩＣを治具へ挿入しまた取
出すための窓である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＤＩＰ型ＩＣの外部リードの曲り肩部上面と、パッケー
    ジの上部側面に沿い、一対の上部ガイドを設け、かつ該
    ＩＣのパッケージ下面に伸縮性を持つ金属細線等による
    押えを設け、半田付作業時、該ＩＣを上部より押し、下
    降させることを特徴としたＩＣ半田付は治具。
