対向的に直立配置した一対のブラケット板と、外周部に
環状溝が周設され前記一対のブラケット板の各貫通孔に
夫々嵌挿した円筒軸受と、両端部近傍に夫々段部が形成
され各端部を前記円筒軸受に回転自在に挿通軸支した回
転軸とからなり、円筒軸受の内側端部を回転軸の段部に
夫々当接させてブラケット板に対する円筒軸受の軸方向
内方への位置規制を行うと共に、円筒軸受の環状溝に嵌
着したスナップリングによりブラケット板に対する円筒
軸受の軸方向外方への位置規制を行うよう構成したこと
