構成を示す回路図、第３図は第２図の波形整形回路の動
作を説明するためのタイムチャートである。 ２１〜２４・・・ナントゲート、２５・・・位相反転ト
ランス、２６．２７・・・カップリングコンデンサ、２
８．２９・・・帰還抵抗。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 正弦波の入力信号の位相を反転して２つの信号を得る第
    １の手段と、この２つの信号の電圧をそれぞれ所定の電
    圧と比較して位相の異なる方形波の信号を発生する第２
    および第３の手段と、この第２および第３の手段の出力
    をそれぞれ交互に入力することにより出力端に方形波の
    相補出力を得る第４の手段からなり、第２および第３の
    手段は、それぞれＣ−ＭＯＳナントゲートの入出力間に
    高抵抗を接続し、そのナントゲートに入力信号を直流カ
    ットのコンデンサを介して与えるごとく構成し、第４の
    手段は、２個の２人力ナンドゲートの一方の入力を他方
    の出力に互いに接続して構成されるＲ−Ｓフリップ・フ
    ロップ回路からなり、しかも前記ナントゲートとして同
    −ＩＣパッケージ内の４ケの２人力ナンドゲートを使用
    するととを特徴とする波形整形回路。
