Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸筒をキャップ内に収納した際に軸筒の先端部を嵌合保
    持する保持開口部を有するインナーキャップがキャップ
    内部に固定され、前記先端部が保持開口部により保持さ
    れた状態で前記軸筒の胴部、を弾撥的に挾持する弾性部
    を有する挟持部材がキャップ内部に配設された筆記具の
    キャップにおいて、前記インナーキャップの外周部にキ
    ャップ内径とほぼ同じ外径を有する第１のリング状突部
    を形成すると共に、少なくとも前記挟持部材の厚さだけ
    キャップ内径より小さい外径を有する第２のリング状突
    部を前記第１突部より前記保持開口部に近い位置に形成
    し、前記挟持部材の弾性部具外の一部に切起し部を形成
    し、挟持部材がキャップ内周面とインナーキャップとの
    間に嵌挿された際に、挟持部材がキャップ内部から抜は
    出ないよう前記切起し部の端面を前記第２突部の内側側
    壁に当接させると共に前記第１突部の外側側壁を挟持部
    材のキャップ内部への変位に対する制限部となしたこと
    を特徴とする筆記具のキャップ。
