ステレオ受信機において、該中間周波信号のエンベロー
プを検出するエンベロープ検波回路と、該エンベロープ
検波回路の出力信号からマルチパスノイズを検出し該マ
ルチパスノイズのレベルに応じた制御信号を発生するマ
ルチパスノイズ検出回路と、該制御信号によってオン、
オフ制御されるスイッチング回路と、該スイッチング回
路のオン、オフによって通過帯域が変化する低域ｐ波器
とを設け、該低域ｐ波器は、前記周波数検波回路と前記
復調回路との間に挿入され、前記マルチパスノイズが所
定レベル以上であるときに前記ステレオ信号中の和信号
のみを通過させ、かつ、前記マルチパスノイズが該所定
レベル以下であるときに前記ステレオ信号の全周波数帯
域を通過させることにより、前記マルチパスノイズを除
去することができるように構成したことを特徴とするス
