Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
最近、市場に使われている砂は海砂が多い。その為塩害
も多くなっている。シラスは未利用資源として豊富に堆
積されている。此のシラスを利用して塩分の少ない砂を
製造しようとする方法でちる。

シラスに水を１．５倍加へかく伴することにより比重の
重い砂状部分は下層に比重の少ない軽石及び微粉粒は上
層に沈澱する。この上層部分を排出することにより砂質
部分のみを取り出す、即ち水を加へかく伴し上層部を排
出し再度水を加・＼同じ作業を４回繰返すことによシ無
塩砂が製造される。無塩砂のシラスに対する重量比は約
８０％である。

部分のみを取り出す、即ち水を加へかく伴し上層部を排
出し再度水を加・＼同じ作業を４回繰返すことによシ無
塩砂が製造される。無塩砂のシラスに対する重量比は約
８０％である。
製造された無塩砂を普通砂の品質基準と比較すると下表
の様になる。

- シラスを水洗いすることによシ比重の少ない微粒子部分
を排除し、比重の重い砂質分を取シ出すことにより無塩
砂を製造する方法である。
