Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain ease of loading/unloading of a disk by providing a turning tray supported freely for elevating and descending operation while being turned in response to the going and coming of a tray main body and used for loading an optical disc and forming a couple of concaved parts for guiding the loading/ unloading of optical disk to the tray main body and the turning tray at a position where the concaved part is matched in the outgoing state for at least the tray main body. CONSTITUTION:The system is formed by the tray main body 20 freely introducing and ejecting horizontally a horizontal type disk loading mechanism 12 and a turnig tray 35 supported freely for elevating and descending while being turned in response to the going and coming of the tray main body and used for loading the optical disk 33. Then, a couple of concaved parts 203, 204 and 353,354 being loading/unloading guides of the optical disk 33 to the tray main body 20 and the turning tray 35 are formed respectively at a position where the concaved parts are matched at the ejecting state of the train main body 20. Thus, the loading/ unloading of the optical disk 33 is attained easily.

Recently, in the field of audio equipment, a dezotal recording and reproducing method using PCM (A pulse code modulation) technology has appeared and is becoming popular in order to achieve as high fidelity as possible. In other words, this is what is called digital audio, and the audio characteristics do not depend on the characteristics of the recording medium and are much superior to the conventional analog system. This is because it has been established in principle. In this case, a system that uses a disk as a recording medium is called a DAD system, and its playback methods include optical, electrostatic, and mechanical. No matter which of these regeneration methods is adopted, the regeneration equipment that embodies it must have a variety of advanced functions and performance that are not found in conventional methods. It is required to be able to satisfy the following.

For example, in an optical disc record playback device using the CD (Kono Yakume Disk) method among optical playback methods, bits (irregularities with different reflectances) corresponding to digitized (PCM) data are formed on a transparent resin disk. diameter 12 crns and thickness 1.2
A simple optical disc is driven by a CLV (constant linear velocity) method at variable rotational speeds of about 200 to 500 r, p, m. In this case, the disc has a track pitch of 1.
Considering that it is 6 μm and records a huge amount of information that can provide approximately one hour of stereo playback on one side, it is easy to see that it requires various advanced functions and performance. .

The next requirement for the above-mentioned optical disc record playback device is that each mechanical part can operate reliably with an organic and simple configuration with no waste, and that it can also be miniaturized while consuming power. Further improvements should be made to implement power saving measures to reduce the total amount of electricity consumed.

Incidentally, one of the specific targets of such a request is a disk loading mechanism. In other words, there are two types of disk loading mechanisms: vertical and horizontal. The horizontal type is said to be more advantageous in terms of controllability of the disk drive, but the horizontal type This is because, in the conventional type, it is easy to attach and detach the optical disc, and the structure is as simple as possible and high precision has not been realized.

In this case, it is not enough to simply load the disc horizontally, but also to meet various requirements for the optical disc record playback device as a whole in relation to the disc playback mechanism including the pickup drive mechanism and the disc drive mechanism. It must be something that can be handled.

That is, when the loading key 13 (see FIG. 1) is operated in the state before disk loading shown in FIG. 2 to mount the disk 33, the motor 21 is driven and the gear 22 is rotated counterclockwise in the figure. Since the reduction gear 25 is rotationally driven in the counterclockwise direction in the figure, the tray main body 2o is moved furthest in the direction of arrow (B) as shown in FIG. 7 and its movement is stopped. Here, the third reduction gear 25 is detached from the tip of the fixed rack 38, and at this time, the fifth reduction gear 27, which is further decelerated and driven in the same direction, is removed from the first end of the movable rack 39. By being moved in direction B), the driving member 4° presses against the bin 355 of the rotating tray 35. Therefore, the rotary tray 35 is lowered while rotating counterclockwise in the figure with the plurality of protrusions 351 guided by the plurality of guide grooves 202 of the tray main body 2o. Here, the rotating tray 35 has a through hole 352 for laser irradiation in the feeding direction of the pickup 32 (in other words, arrow (C), (

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, the locking groove 311 of the locking member 31 locks the locking pin 411 of the locking protrusion 4 of the tray 2Q, and the tray 20 is in the disk loading completed state. At the same time, the protrusion 282 provided on the rotating shaft 281 turns off the switch 42 and stops the motor 21.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 12(a) and 12(b), the engaging portion 481 of the drive lever 48 is pressed against the peripheral edge with the rotation of the second eccentric cam 3θ, and the driving lever 48 is rotated about the shaft 28. It is rotated counterclockwise in the figure. Here, the drive lever 48 rotates the clamper lever 45 in the same direction as the drive lever 48 rotates, so that the clamper portion 46 of the clamper lever 45 is connected to the fitting portion 341 of the turntable 34.

Furthermore, by forming the notch tooth portion 398 on the first tooth portion 393 of the movable rack 39, the transmission of the rotational force of the motor 21 is reduced from the third reduction gear 25 and the fixed rack 38 to the fifth tooth portion 393. reduction gear 27 and the first movable rack 39
This prevents an overload condition due to simultaneous meshing when shifting to the tooth portion 393, allowing smoother operation and promoting power saving measures.

Then, the turntable drive motor (not shown) is driven and the disc 3 mounted on the turntable 34 is driven.
3 is rotated to a predetermined state, and a laser beam is irradiated from the pickup 32 onto the signal recording surface of the disk 33 through a through hole 352 formed in the rotating tray 35 of the tray body 20. This laser beam hits the signal recording surface of the disk 33 and is reflected, and the reflected beam is received at a big angle of 7°32.

At this time, the pickup 32 detects the intensity and temporal length of the light, outputs an electrical signal corresponding to the intensity, and outputs an electrical signal from which the digitally encoded signal is recorded on the disk 33 and extracted. Then, the big roller 7° 32 is moved from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the disk 33 by the pick-up feeding mechanism, and the reproduction of the disk 33 is completed.

Now, when the loading key 13 is operated again, the disc loading mechanism is reversed as described above, and the tray body 20 is moved to the position shown in FIGS. 4 and 3, and then to the disc mounting position shown in FIG. 2. This is where the disk 33 is attached and detached.

According to the optical disc record playback device as described above, the horizontal disc loading mechanism 12 can be horizontally moved in and out of the tray body 20 and rotated with respect to the tray body as the tray body is moved in and out. It is supported in a vertically movable manner and consists of a rotary tray 35 for placing the optical disc 33, and a rotary tray 35 for attaching and detaching the optical disc 33 to and from the tray body 20 and the rotary tray 35, respectively. A pair of concave portions 203, 204 and 353 that serve as guide portions,

In other words, this kind of disk attachment/detachment guide is generally formed only on the tray body side, but in that case, the outer circumferential wall of the rotary tray becomes an obstacle, making it difficult to attach and detach the disk. A pair of recesses 203 * 2σ4 and 353, 354 are formed as guide parts for attaching and detaching the optical disk 33 to the tray body 20 and rotating tray 35, respectively, at positions that match when the tray body 20 is in the extended state. This is because the outer circumferential wall of the rotary tray 29-35 does not become an obstacle, making it easier to attach and detach the disk.
