Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）挿通孔がマイクロ波空胴壁に形成されたマイクロ
    波空胴、上記挿通孔に挿通されたランプ支持体、このラ
    ンプ支持体によって支持された無電極放電ランプ及び上
    記ランプ支持体の延長上に配設された始動補助用紫外線
    ランプを備えたマイクロ波放電光源装置。
  2. （２）始動補助用紫外線ランプとランプ支持体とを水平
    に配列したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のマイクロ波放電光源装置。
  3. （３）始動補助用紫外線ランプは低圧水銀蒸気放電ラン
    プからなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項または第２項記載のマイクロ波放電光源装置。
  4. （４）無電極放電ランプを支持するランプ支持体は中空
    あるいは紫外線透過性材料で形成された棒体であること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３
    項のいずれかに記載のマイクロ波放電光源装置。
