ダイオード移相器の構成図である。 図中、１は誘電体基板、２は線路、３はＤＣカットコン
デンサ、４−２．４−４．４−５はＰＴＮダイオード、
５−２．５−４．５−５は微小線路、６−２．６−４．
６−５はランドである。なお、図中同一符号は同一、又
は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第一の接続線路と第二の゛接続路をＰＴＮダイオードス
    イッチ切替し前記第一の接続線路と第二の接続線路の移
    相量の差に応じた移相量の変化を得るようにしたものに
    おいて、第一の接続線路の電気長をλ／２（２ｎ−ＩＸ
    ただしｎは正の整数）とし、その中間点に微小線路ＰＴ
    Ｎダイオードとランドよりなるダイオードスイッチ回路
    をブランチさせた構成とすることを特徴とするダイオー
    ド移相器。
