    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主燃焼室を郭成するシリンダヘッド内壁の一側部に下方
    突出の第１隆起部を形成し、該第１隆起部の下端面を平
    坦に形成して該平坦下端面とピストンの一側平坦頂面部
    間に平面状の第１スキツシユエリアを形成すると共に該
    平坦頂面部と反対側のピストン頂面上に第２隆起部を形
    成し、該第２隆起部の背面をシリンダヘッド内壁と相補
    的形状をなす様に形成してシリンダヘッドの内壁面と上
    記隆起部背面間に第２スキツシユエリアを形成し、更に
    連通路を介して上記主燃焼室内にのみ連結された副燃焼
    室をシリンダヘッド内に形成して該連通路を上記第１隆
    起部の上方近傍において主燃焼室内に開口せしめ、該連
    通路の開口を上記第２スキツシユエリアの延長上に配置
    した内燃機関の燃焼室構造。
