    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 消火器１の可動上レバー２の中間所定部位にストッパー
    ５の上端部を首振り自在に軸支し、該ストッパー５には
    縦方向に挿通孔６を貫通し、該挿通孔６が対向する上レ
    バー２及びバルブ斜面部９にそれぞれ差込孔７及び受孔
    １０を穿設し、該差込孔７、挿通孔６、受孔１０に安全
    栓１１の棒体１１ａを貫通して上レバー２を固定する消
    火器１に於て、前記上レバー２の差込孔７の近傍に弾性
    体を主材として作成された修止体Ａを取付け、該修止体
    Ａに安全栓１１の上端部を仮留め取外し自在に構成して
    成ることを特徴とする消火器レバーの不時の作動防止機
    構。
