Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a forging device that can form a inversely tapered concavity easily and easy to part a lower die by sliding a die held by the umbrella part at the tip of the rod and a die holder provided on the outer periphery of a lower die vertically along a tapered groove of the lower die and letting the die going in and out radially on the outer periphery of the lower die. CONSTITUTION:A concavity Gb is formed following the sequence of process shown by 3, 4, 5 in the figure on a material G1 cut to weight corresponding to the formed product of material G and heated to a temperature suitable for forging and a material 5b of the process 5 is obtained. Then, a lower die 2 is covered with the material 5b. An upper die 7 is lowered and the material G is fitted in the inner diameter 7a. At the same time, the opening of the material is forged to desired inversely tapered concavity by a die 4 positioned to a groove 2b in the upper part of the lower die by lowering pressure of the upper die 7 and inner diameter of the upper die. When the upper die 7 is raised, diameter of outer peripheral line connecting each die 4 in the groove part 2b is made smaller than inner diameter of the opening of the material. Under this condition, ascent of the lower die 2 is stopped and the upper die 7 is raised, and the material G is parted from the lower die 2 with the material G fitted in the upper die 7.

Conventionally, when manufacturing various parts that have a reverse tapered recess that is larger than the opening area inside the opening, it was impossible to manufacture by forging. is being carried out. For this reason, there are disadvantages such as the production is labor-intensive, production efficiency is poor, and the value of the molded product is high. In view of this, the present invention aims to form the molded product simply by forging, and the opening is pre-prepared. A male-shaped lower mold is protruded from the base so as to fit the molded material, and the upper part of this lower mold is made into a tapered groove, and a plurality of dies that slide into this groove and can be retracted from the outer periphery are installed. At the same time, this die is held between an umbrella part at the tip of the wat which can freely slide through the inside of the lower mold, and a die holder which is provided on the outer periphery of the lower part of the lower mold and moves up and down as the rod goes up and down. The gist is that a female-shaped Saturn for molding the material is provided above the lower mold so that it can be pressed up and down.

The present invention will be explained below based on illustrated embodiments. In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a pace, and a lower mold 2 is established on this base 1, into which the molded product material formed in the previous step into a shape having an opening is fitted. This lower mold 2 is a male mold, and its tip has a tapered groove shape, and a ring-shaped die holder 3 is slidably inserted into the outer periphery of the lower part. The lower ends of a plurality of dies 4 arranged at a required pitch on the outer periphery of the upper part 2a of the mold 2 are supported, and a rod 5 is fitted into the center of the lower mold 2 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. An umbrella part 5a having a diameter larger than the main rod diameter is formed at the upper end of the rod that has passed through the lower die, and the lower surface of this umbrella part 5a is located at the upper end of the die 4. A plurality of dies are held between the loft umbrella portion and the die holder 6, and the dies 4 also slide vertically along the tapered groove of the lower mold 2 as the rod slides up and down, that is, goes up and down. Fit the material to the lower mold,
When the upper die is lowered, the material forms an inverted tapered depression along the outer periphery of the die 4, as shown in FIG. A push rod 6 connected to the lower part of the rod is slidably provided through the base 1 so that the die receiver 6 also moves up and down when the rod is raised and lowered, and this push rod 6 supports the lower part of the die receiver. This allows the push rod 6 to be raised and lowered at the same time as the rod 5 so as to always hold the die. A female-shaped upper mold 7 is disposed above the lower mold 2, and while the upper mold 7 is descending, the material G is fitted and the outer peripheral surface of the special material is directed toward the center. It has an inner diameter 7ai that can hold the outer peripheral surface of the material so that it can be drawn and formed. In addition, the outer surface of the die disposed on the upper outer periphery of the lower die 2 is molded into a shape that matches the shape of the depression formed on the inner surface of the material collection opening, and the plurality of dies maintain a predetermined pitch. A part of this die is cut into a vertical groove 2b carved in the upper part of the lower mold so that it is supported on the upper part of the lower mold.
It is slidably fitted inside.

In order to forge a reverse tapered recess (undercut) on the inner surface of the opening using the forging device configured as described above, first, the material G1 is cut with a shear or the like to a weight suitable for the molded product. After heating the ribs to a temperature suitable for forging,
As shown in FIG. 2, after the first step, the second step shown in FIG. A material G5 having a shape as shown in ◇This material shown in FIG. 6 (5) can also be formed by reducing the number of previous steps. Then, the material 05t having all the openings at one end of the material is attached to the lower mold rather than being placed over the lower mold 2 with the opening facing down. At this time, the die 4 is in the lowered position p1, and the outer circumferential line connecting the plurality of dies 4 becomes smaller than the inner diameter of the U:J section between the materials, and the die is inserted into the material opening. At this time, each die is inserted into the hole Gl) of the material.

Next, when the upper mold t is lowered, the material G is fitted into the inner diameter 7a, and the lowering pressure of the upper mold causes the die to align with the die positioned along the groove on the upper part of the lower mold and the inner diameter of the upper mold. Gradually, the material opening is forged with a certain amount of inversely tapered holes on its inner circumferential surface.

Next, the upper mold is fully raised, but at this time, the rod 5 along with the material
is raised in conjunction with the rise of the upper mold, and by this movement each die is raised along the taper m portion of the lower mold while being held by the guide catch and the rod umbrella. The diameter of the outer JN wire connecting each die is smaller than the inner diameter of the opening of the material due to the tapered groove of the die. In this state, the lower mold stops rising, and when the upper mold further rises, it is fitted into the upper mold of the material GFi and released from the lower mold in good condition. The molded product fitted into this upper mold (female mold) can be easily released from the mold using a conventional method.

According to the present invention, the die, which is always held between the umbrella part at the tip of the rod and the guide provided on the outer periphery of the lower die, is slid vertically along the tapered groove of the lower die, so that the die is moved around the outer periphery of the lower die. By making it appear and disappear in the radial direction and synchronizing it with the rise and fall of the upper mold, a reverse tapered undercut is created.
It has the advantage that it can be easily forged and that the lower mold can be released easily and automatically.
