    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プロセス中に挿入して試料を採取するプローブと、プロ
    セスに近接して設置され採取した試料を計量するサンプ
    ルボックスを備え、前記プローブにスチームをブローバ
    ックするガスクロマトグラフのサンプリング装置におい
    て、前記スチームによるブローバックの後に乾燥ガスを
    上記プローブに導入して該プローブに残留している水分
    を除去するようにしたガスクロマトグラフのサンプリン
    グ装置。
