  1. （１）紙等で形成した４角筒体の長手方向に対して、そ
    の正面に、直角方向の切れ目を入れると共に、この切れ
    目に続いて、両側面に斜下方への円弧状の切れ目を入れ
    、正面より切れ目部分を内側に折込んで、この部分で商
    品の載置棚部と、この両側に商品の突出挟持部を形成し
    た店頭用商品パッケージ。゛
  2. （２）上記の側面の円弧状の切れ目は、正面と側面との
    折線上に中心をもち、側面中の長さを半径とし、４５度
    までの円弧ｔある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    店頭用商品パッケージ。
